Terms and conditions for membership of the party constitution- 1. I will keep myself away from such activities and events which tend to break and weaken the society and country. 2. I will keep myself away from any association or organization that promotes so-called caste-religion, separatism, mutual discrimination, discrimination, untouchability. 3. I myself am neither associated nor involved in any way with any such union/organization or any of its branches or ideologies, which create any kind of separatism and mutual discrimination in the society and country. 4. I am not associated with any association/organization or any of its branches and ideology, which is neither a part of the Constitution of the country, nor with its basic spirit and ideology, which is not the basic spirit and ideology of the country and party constitution. Should not be consistent and compatible with scientific and rationalistic thinking as well as human, humanity, human welfare and public welfare. 5. Indulging and participating in any such activities other than the above point will result in immediate termination or suspension of membership.
