For CM and MLA Terms and Conditions- 1. Before the proposer or proposer puts forward a proposal in his or her favor, ensure that he or his candidate is not associated in any way with any association/organization or any of its branches, which is neither in accordance with the Constitution of the country. He should be a party only and not whose ideology matches with the ideology of the party constitution. 2. If any government officer/employee receives the highest number of votes in his/her favor, while submitting his/her candidature claim from the party, he/she will have to submit the resignation letter from his/her post and the certificate of membership of the party constitution, for any risk. Will be personally responsible. 3. The proposal of candidate will be valid only within his constituency for the Legislative Assembly elections, except for the Lok Sabha elections. 4. The party constitution will declare that candidate as its authorized candidate for the financial year 2024-29 and will campaign in his favor, in whose favor the public opinion will be highest. 5. Among the candidates participating in the referendum, whichever candidate has the highest number of votes in his favor, it will be mandatory for him to take membership of the party constitution to be a candidate for the party constitution, whether he is the president of any political party or social organization. Whether he is an officer/member or not. 6. The result of the referendum will be calculated on the basis of voting done till 12:00 midnight of December 31, 2023. 7. For Mahila Mazdoor Kisan Party to be the candidate for the post of Prime Minister on behalf of the Constitution, it will be necessary that both the public opinion of the country and the public opinion of the Lok Sabha constituency chosen by it should be in favor of the candidate. 8. Before being authorized and declared as the Prime Minister/Lok Sabha member by the party constitution, an affidavit will have to be submitted before the party constitution under the points given by the party constitution/public. 9.
